Exchanges & Returns

At Upfield Design you have 30 days to return your full price items for a store credit
or exchange, as long as it is returned in perfect condition with proof of purchase.
Perfect condition means it must be in its original packaging, unworn and unused. If
you can’t provide proof of purchase, please contact us to locate the order details.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or store credits for sale items.

Shipment of the product/s back to our address will be at cost to the customer.
This excludes all helmet paintwork. These are unable to be returned unless faulty or
incorrect on our behalf. We are not liable for any damage to the helmet once it has
left our premises.
